Dimples Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
Please see steps below before filling out our Exchanges/Returns Webform.
1. Limited Time Promotion — No Restocking Fee (U.S. & International)
During this limited-time promotion:
- No restocking fee (normally 8% for U.S. orders, 15% for International orders) will be charged for returns or exchanges initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Applies to both U.S. and International orders.
Important Details:
- Shipping charges still apply.
- No free return shipping label will be provided — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Free outbound ground shipping for one exchange in the U.S. still applies.
- All other eligibility requirements, timelines, and product condition rules remain unchanged.
⚠️ Note: This no restocking fee promotion does not apply to sale items, including any Black Friday or other discounted promotions. Sale items remain final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order with:
- No restocking fee
- Free ground shipping (U.S. only)
⚠️ Note: During the promotion, customers must cover return shipping costs for exchanges. No return shipping label will be provided.
3. Returns
Standard Policy:
- 8% restocking fee for U.S. orders
- 15% restocking fee for International orders
These fees cover:
- Shipping to and from you
- Credit card and processing costs that Dimples cannot recover
Promotion Period Exception:
- If a return is initiated within 3 days of delivery during the promotion period, no restocking fee applies.
However:
- Shipping charges still apply.
- No free return label will be provided.
4. Product Eligibility
Eligible for Return or Exchange
Items must be:
- In original factory condition (unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with no styling, odors, or signs of wear).
- With original hang tags and packaging intact.
- Returned within 3 days of receiving.
Not Eligible
- Worn or styled items, or those showing signs of wear or odor.
- Items with damaged packaging or product damage.
- Opened shampoo, conditioner, or hair care items.
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Coupons and points cannot be combined or applied to sale items or discounted promotions.
5. Important Notes on Wigs & Toppers
Your topper or wig may not look perfect out of the box — it often needs styling, washing, or professional cutting to match your look.
Before requesting a return:
- Try styling it, or book a virtual styling consultation with us.
- Remember: we cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered or styled wigs/toppers.
If the size, length, and general color are correct, the piece is likely a good match — it may simply need professional styling to achieve your desired look.
6. OOPS Orders & Payments
OOPS Orders
If you ordered by mistake, it will be processed as a return:
- 8% restocking fee (U.S.)
- 15% restocking fee (International)
OOPS Payments
- If you paid using the wrong payment method, this also counts as a return.
Tip: You can often modify or exchange your order before it ships to avoid fees.
7. Unacceptable Returns or Exchanges
Dimples will reject and return any ineligible items (see Section 4) and charge return ground shipping to send them back to you.
8. Refund & Exchange Timelines

Exchanges: Once your return passes inspection, your replacement item ships (U.S.: free ground shipping).
- Delivery time depends on location.

Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after receipt.
- Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to post funds.
9. ClipFit Color Ring Returns
- Each ClipFit color ring includes a prepaid return label.
- Return within 7 days using the original packaging.
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- Lost your label? Request a replacement through shop chat.
10. Order Cancellations (Unfulfilled Orders)
All unfulfilled order cancellations are treated as returns:
- 8% restocking fee (U.S.)
- 15% restocking fee (International)
Exchanges are exempt unless outside the promotion period.
11. Additional Important Information
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and duties.
- Requests without a completed webform will not be accepted.
- Final sale products (including Black Friday and other discounted items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
