Exchanges, Returns & Restocking Fees 

EXCHANGES and Returns FORM (see steps below, before filling in the form)

The Returns and Exchange period is 3 days after receipt.

For exchanges and returns, consumers are responsible for any missing items.

Exchanges:

We offer one free exchange with no restocking fee and free ground shipping (see below)

Returns: 8% restocking fee: This covers shipping costs to you and back to us, and credit card and processing fees that Dimples cannot recover (see below)

***Keep in mind, ALL toppers and wigs will not look amazing or natural until you style/wash/have a cut in by a pro, and sometimes low light with your bio hair by a pro stylist. Please don't judge the topper or wig out the box, it needs love and styling skills to make it look undetectable. We have plenty of styling videos and tips and tricks, if you want to learn yourself. If the size, length is on and the color is one shade off, you have a winner for a topper, for wigs it's about size, feel, and hair length. Just keep in mind we can't accept a return or exchange of a tampered/styled wig or topper, see our videos and photos to see what they will look like styled***Getting your wig or topper to look great on you, is the last stage of the journey, you got this far, don't give up. We offer virtual styling consultations, please ask for help, we're here for you.

How it Works

Eligible Products for Return or Exchange: 

  • In original factory condition (UNWASHED, unaltered, undamaged, NO Styling, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have original hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of receiving.

Not Eligible Products for Return or Exchange:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product.
  • Shampoo, conditioner, and hair care items are not eligible for return if they have been removed from their original packaging or opened.

Sale Items

Sale Items are not eligible for return/refund.

Coupons cannot be combined or used with sale items.

*Points cannot be applied to purchases of sale items or combined with other discounts.*

How to get your item Exchanged or Returned:

  1. Consumers must Complete the Exchanges/Returns webform
  2. Any questions, reach out to us on the WEBSITE SHOP CHAT, see icon on bottom right corner of screen (NOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA).
  3. For Exchanges let us know what you want, in the webform.
  4. For Returns let us know why you are returning, in the webform.
  5. A Dimples Staff member will review the form, we may ask some follow up questions
  6. Dimples will email you a prepaid return shipping label (only for domestic continental USA orders)
  7. For International orders, you are responsible for return/exchange shipping and any import or export duty fees.
  8. Exchanges: We will swap the items and credit or charge for any difference in cost.
  9. Exchanges: We will ship back to you with FREE ground shipping, one time. That's a total of 3 x Free shipping from your initial order!)--only for domestic Continental USA orders. Any further exchanges for the same order, you'll need to pay any return and outbound shipping costs.
  10. Returns: We will email you a prepaid shipping label. We will deduct an 8% restocking fee (domestic orders), or 15% restocking fee for international returns, after we have received the item and checked that it has not been worn out, styled... (see above for eligible and not eligible guidelines).

  11. OOPS ORDERS: "I made the Order by Mistake, I need a Refund." Unfortunately this still counts as a return, even if the items was not fulfilled or shipped. The credit card fee has already been charged to Dimples and the Shipping has already been charged to Dimples (we can't get a refund on these items). Dimples will charge an 8% restocking fee, or 15% for international. We suggest you go ahead with the order, book a consult, or change the item or color before we ship it, and if you don't love it send it back and pay the 8% restocking fee or 15% for international.
  12. OOPS PAYMENTS: "Oops, I paid for my order on the wrong card/payment method. I need to cancel and reorder on another card/payment method." Unfortunately this still counts as a return. The credit card fee has already been charged to Dimples and the Shipping has already been charged to Dimples (Dimples cannot get a refund for this). Dimples will charge an 8% restocking fee or 15% for international. We suggest you go ahead with the order, use your other payment method to pay for something else of similar value, and if you don't love it send it back and pay the 8%.
  13. Returns or Exchanges that are not acceptable: see above for eligible/ineligible, Dimples will charge consumer for return ground shipping and return item(s) to consumer.

EXCHANGES and Returns FORM

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY Exchange?

Simply initiate your exchange and ship your items back to us. Once we receive your items back we will do a thorough quality control check to see if the item has been worn out/styled, then we will ship your new Dimples items via free ground shipping. It could take up to 5 days for your item to arrive at Dimples, then it could take 2 days to process (longer processing times during holidays), then another 5 days to ship back to you ground (if you are located on the East Coast). For West Coasters, ground shipping is much faster.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from receipt of your item. Typically, financial institutions will process within 7 to 10 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account. 

Clip Fit Color Ring Returns

NOW EASIER THAN EVER! Please review the updated terms and conditions for ClipFit color ring returns, effective as of October 5, 2023.

1. With every ClipFit color ring order, you will find a prepaid return shipping label included in the box or bag—no need to complete a  return form for Clip Fit Color Rings.

2. Simply use the same box or bag, attach a new label (covering the old one), and drop it in the mail. You have a 7-day window from the date of receipt to return your Dimples ClipFit Color ring. If you require more time, please inform us via the Website chat (not on social media).

3. We will process a refund for your ClipFit Ring purchase within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item. If you happen to misplace your pre-printed return label, just send us a message in the chat along with your order number, and we will promptly email you a replacement return label.

4. If you lose the prepaid shipping label for the color ring, message us on the shop chat, and we'll email it to you.

Cancellation of unfulfilled orders can be costly for both customers and businesses. To ensure that customers are aware of the potential costs associated with canceling or returning an order, Dimples has implemented a restocking fee for these instances.  (See below for Return Policy for ClipFit Color Rings).

As of January 1, 2023, all returns and cancellations (and, "Oops, I ordered by mistake...") are subject to an 8% restocking fee of the gross sales price of your order. Exchanges will not have a restocking fee. This fee is meant to cover the cost of processing and restocking the item. 

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 8%. Dimples will provide one return shipping label for ground shipping (only to the continental USA), provided the items are in a sellable condition. If the items are not in a sellable condition, they will be returned to the customer. 

Cancellations of unfulfilled orders will also be charged an 8% restocking fee. 

Please note that if more than 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging.
