Returns & Restocking Fee
Cancellation of unfulfilled orders can be costly for both customers and businesses. To ensure that customers are aware of the potential costs associated with canceling or returning an order, Dimples has implemented a restocking fee for these instances.
As of January 1, 2023, all returns and cancellations are subject to an 8% restocking fee of the gross sales price of your order. Exchanges will not have a restocking fee. This fee is meant to cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 8%. Dimples will provide one return shipping label for ground shipping (only to the continental USA), provided the items are in a sellable condition. If the items are not in a sellable condition, they will be returned to the customer.
Cancellations of unfulfilled orders will also be charged an 8% restocking fee.
There are no restocking fees for exchanges. In addition, Dimples will provide one return shipping label for ground shipping (only to the continental USA).
Please note that if more than 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Step 1: Do I qualify, am I eligible?
Eligible Products for Refund or Exchange:
- Products in original factory condition: UNWASHED, unaltered, un-styled, undamaged, not worn, No-Hair loss, containing no odor or signs of any wear or styling products.
- Must have original hang tags attached to product and in original packaging.
- Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of receiving.

For Exchanges: Make sure to tell us what item you want us to send you.
For Returns: Let us know why you are returning. We are eager to learn more so we can continue to grow and improve.
Step 3: Send your item(s) back to us.
Send it back to the address that is on the message you will get after submitting your Web Form
(We do NOT accept walk-ins, delivery only)
Who Pays for Shipping?
You pay shipping when returning item(s) to Dimples, for both returns and exchanges. Dimples pays when shipping Item(s) to you for an exchange (providing the value is over $70).
We suggest purchasing insurance for all packages you send back, Dimples is NOT responsible for any missing items.
Step 4: Dimples QC Review of Item(s):
Upon receiving, Dimples will check to see if the product was returned within the 3 days return window. Dimples will then do a thorough Quality Control check before issuing a refund or exchange. If item(s) is unsatisfactory, we will ship the item back to you at your cost.
When will I get my Refund?
Dimples will send a refund within 3-5 business days (it may take longer for you to receive depending on your bank).
Sales taxes paid during purchase will also be refunded. We will refund you via the original method you used to purchase.
