The following terms and conditions may be amended or modified at any time without any prior notice to an individual. **Please note: Dimples is not responsible for any importing fees or taxes to any countries outside of the USA. This is a cost the customer must cover. If these taxes/fees are not paid, should the order be returned to us, we will take this cost from your refund.

Discount & Voucher Code Terms & Conditions 

A "Discount" or "Voucher Code" is a code that must be entered or provided during the checkout process in order to receive a discount or benefit.  

It is important to note that each voucher code must comply with (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the voucher code offer, as well as (b) these general terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.

Not redeemable for cash.

This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Dimples website.

The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period.

This offer cannot be applied to previous orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.

The discount will be applied prior to shipping. Should the claimant fail to enter the coupon code as specified at the time of purchase, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's purchase on the Dimples website.

To apply a voucher code, you must enter it at checkout prior to completing the order.

Unless otherwise stated, voucher codes cannot be combined with other offers. 

Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Any offers or discounts are subject to change without notice. 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Dimples (Linco Impex Corp.) attempts to display all of our products & colors as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can. However, Dimples cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly match the actual product.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If multiple people are ordering the same item in the same color at the same time, the stock count of "available" may not show correctly. There can be a lag of 10-15 minutes from Shopify to our accounting system, depending on site activity. If there is an issues with (last item in stock and a lag in inventory updates, we will contact you right away with several solutions).

Dimples. believes that the privacy of all personal information is very important. All information collected will be used solely by Dimples. to conduct our business. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary.
Dimples. actively seeks to comply with U.S.A. privacy laws. We aim to ensure that our privacy policy continually meets all legal requirements in order to maintain and honour your privacy.

Dimples is confident that your information is secure when purchasing items through our online store. Any personal information given to Dimples will be protected. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can.

LIABILITY
Dimples has provided information on the website as accurately as possible. We will take all reasonable care – in so far as it is in our power to do so – to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
