Domestic Shipping

Free Ground Domestic Shipping on orders over $70. You can also choose a faster shipping option too, see item in cart to see more shipping options. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.


Dimples Free International Shipping  

FREE international shipping for wig & topper orders over $300 from our US site. If you’re ordering from England, please order through our UK site


Shipping & Tracking  

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days and shipping times typically range from 7-14 business days. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  

We use a variety of shipping methods and will choose the best one based on your location to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the consumer.  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the website of our shipping partner.   


RMA Requests 

We offer returns and exchanges for international orders of wigs and toppers if the item is returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, has not been worn, washed, or altered, and is returned within 3 days of the delivery date.   

Please contact our consumer service team within 3 days of the delivery receipt date to request a return or exchange authorization. 



Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, minus 15% restocking fees. Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. 

International Taxes/Duties

When you shop at Dimples Hair, you can have peace of mind knowing that we offer international shipping for your convenience. Our packages are shipped DDU, which means that duties and taxes are unpaid at the time of shipping. If you're an international customer, you may be required to pay inbound duties and taxes to your local Customs authorities on the total order amount. Don't worry if you're unsure how much these fees might be - the rate of these fees is determined by your country, and we are unable to advise you on the exact amount.

To ensure that your package clears customs faster, sometimes our courier may pay these fees on your behalf. If this happens, you'll be required to reimburse the courier before receiving your delivery. Please note that these fees are a standard occurrence for international purchases, and Dimples Hair does not collect from these incurred expenses. Unfortunately, these taxes are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees, we're happy to re-ship your order. However, please note that we will charge you for postage in this case. Similarly, if you refuse to pay any incurred custom fees and Dimples Hair receives the product back, we will charge you for the cost of the initial postage and a 15% restock fee.

Lastly, it's important to keep in mind that international delivery can take longer than expected due to various factors, including customs delays. At Dimples Hair, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
