10/10 - knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Answered all my questions and also gave some hints that I hadn’t thought of. I received a clear recommendation including the style name of the topper and the colour name for the suggested colour (I hadn’t been sure which one would work for me). I didn’t feel pushed at all and was encouraged to get in touch with any further questions. The return options of the colour wasn’t right were also explained. I found the consultation very helpful and was offered a follow up consultation that you can have about styling after you buy a topper.Thank you 😊
