How it Works

The Returns and Exchange period is 3 days.

For exchanges and returns, consumers are responsible for any missing packages, we suggest you insure and include signature on receipt.

Eligible Products: 

  • In original factory condition (UNWASHED, unaltere, undamaged, NO Styling, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have original hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of receiving.

Please request a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, if you'd like us to help you with the return. We will charge your account for the shipping.

EXCHANGES

Just pay for the return shipping to us, within the return period of 3 days, and we'll cover you for the shipping fee back to you, for one exchange.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY NEW ORDER?

Simply initiate your exchange below and ship your items back to us. Once we receive your items back we will ship your new Dimples items!

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We accept returns and exchanges postmarked back to us within 3 days from the original ship date on all products that still have the original tags, and not been cut, colored, or styled.

Eligible Products: 

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
  • Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of recieving.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product.
  • Shampoo and conditioner items are not eligible for return if they have been removed from their original packaging or opened.

When returning your item, you may choose from these options:

  • Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your payment method

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 7 to 10 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

 

Clip Fit Color Ring Returns are NOW EASIER THAN EVER! Please review the updated terms and conditions for ClipFit color ring returns, effective as of October 5, 2023.

1. With every ClipFit color ring order, you will discover a pre-paid return shipping label included in the box or bag—no need to complete a separate return form.

2. Simply use the same box or bag, attach a new label (covering the old one), and drop it in the mail. You have a 7-day window from the date of receipt to return your Dimples ClipFit Color ring. If you require more time, please inform us via the Website chat (not on social media).

3. We will process a refund for your ClipFit Ring purchase within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item. If you happen to misplace your pre-printed return label, just send us a message in the chat along with your order number, and we will promptly email you a replacement return label.
